DIAMATIC Style Double Bar New Sharp Segments (8GR) + (GREY)

DIAMATIC Style Double Bar Grinding Segment – New Sharp Soft Bond 8 Grit (Grey)

This DIAMATIC style double bar grinding segment features New Sharp diamonds — the most aggressive specification in the lineup — engineered specifically for very hard, highly cured concrete. The soft bond 8 grit combination delivers maximum cutting force and rapid bond breakdown to keep fresh, sharp diamonds engaged on the surface at all times, even on the toughest slabs where standard segments stall out. Designed for Diamatic-compatible floor grinding machines.

Key Features

• New Sharp 8 grit diamonds: Ultra-coarse, freshly cut diamond crystals for maximum aggression on very hard concrete surfaces.
• Soft bond construction: Breaks down rapidly to continuously expose sharp diamond edges, maintaining cutting efficiency on extremely hard slabs.
• Double bar segment design: Provides consistent surface contact and aggressive material removal across the grinding path.
• DIAMATIC style mounting: Compatible with Diamatic style tooling holders on floor grinding machines.

Applications

Suited for grinding very hard, dense, or highly cured concrete floors where standard coarse segments cannot maintain cutting efficiency. Ideal for aggressive surface preparation before coatings, overlays, or further polishing steps.
