Welcome to Grand Diamond Tools. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Grand Diamond Tools. We operate this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
Our store is powered by Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

All product descriptions and specifications are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities of any product at any time.
Tool selection & performance
Diamond tooling and abrasive products are application-specific. Tool performance, wear rate, and results may vary based on factors including (but not limited to) concrete hardness, coatings, machine type, RPM, operator technique, and site conditions.
Any guidance or recommendations provided by us are for general informational purposes only. You are responsible for confirming product compatibility and suitability for your specific application prior to use.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is not accepted until payment has been processed and we confirm acceptance.
We may cancel or modify orders due to errors, availability issues, suspected fraud, or misuse. If this occurs, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.
Orders cannot always be cancelled once accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, available on our website.
Products are not intended for resale unless expressly authorized by us in writing.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at checkout at the time of purchase.
Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes, shipping, customs duties, or import charges. These will be added where applicable.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing and payment information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all applicable charges.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control.
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

All content on the Services, including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Grand Diamond Tools and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Grand Diamond Tools is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases are made directly between you and Grand Diamond Tools.
You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and us and you release Shopify and its affiliates from any related claims.
