ASL Style Double Bar Grinding Segment (Green)

ASL Style Double Bar Grinding Segment – Soft Bond 16 Grit (Green)

This ASL style trapezoid double bar grinding segment is built for grinding hard, dense concrete. The soft bond 16 grit specification breaks down quickly on hard surfaces, continuously exposing fresh diamond edges to maintain aggressive cutting action where harder-bond segments would glaze over. The trapezoid body mounts via a magnetic system for fast, secure tool changes on compatible floor grinders.

Key Features

• Soft bond 16 grit: Optimized for hard concrete — the softer bond sheds worn diamonds quickly to keep cutting edges sharp and efficient.
• Trapezoid body: Shaped for consistent surface contact and stable segment seating during operation.
• Magnetic mount system: Snaps securely onto compatible ASL style tooling plates for quick, tool-free segment changes on the jobsite.
• Double bar segment design: Provides even material removal and a balanced scratch pattern across the grinding path.
• ASL style mounting: Compatible with ASL style tooling holders on floor grinding machines.

Applications

Suited for grinding hard, dense, or highly cured concrete floors. Commonly used in surface preparation for coatings, overlays, or further polishing steps.
