ASL Style Double Bar Grinding Segment – Soft Bond 120 Grit (Blue)
This ASL style double bar grinding segment is designed for polishing preparation on concrete floors. The soft bond 120 grit specification delivers a refined scratch pattern suited for late-stage grinding, helping operators transition smoothly into polishing sequences on compatible floor grinders.
Key Features
- Soft bond 120 grit: Fine grit for scratch refinement and polishing prep on concrete surfaces.
- Double bar segment design: Provides consistent surface contact and a balanced scratch pattern across the grinding path.
- ASL style mounting: Compatible with ASL style tooling holders on floor grinding machines.
- Durable construction: Built for reliable performance through multiple polishing prep passes.
Applications
Suited for late-stage concrete grinding and polishing preparation. Best used after coarser grit stages to refine the surface before transitioning to polishing pads or resin steps.
