Applications

How to Use

1. Choose the correct specification and diameter for your application.
2. Thread the cup wheel securely onto the grinder spindle.
3. Maintain a steady RPM and do not force the cup. Keep it moving in a smooth, consistent motion to avoid gouging the surface.
4. Ensure the grinder is in good condition. A clean, straight spindle and flange will reduce wobble and wear.

Tips & Tricks

• Inspect your grinder’s bearings, spindle, and dust shroud. A bent spindle or dirty flange can cause wobble and uneven wear.
• If using with a dust shroud, make sure there’s only a small gap (around 1/8”) between the shroud and the floor for optimal vacuum suction.
• Follow up with a suitable diamond grinding cup or finer prep tool if additional surface refinement is needed.
