Applications

Suitable for grinding concrete in corners, along edges, and in hard-to-reach areas during surface preparation, cleaning, and detail work prior to coatings, overlays, or repair work.

How to Use

1. Choose the correct specification and diameter for your application.
2. Thread the cup wheel securely onto the grinder spindle.
3. Maintain a steady RPM and do not force the cup. Keep it moving in a smooth, consistent motion to avoid gouging the surface.
4. Ensure the grinder is in good condition. A clean, straight spindle and flange will reduce wobble and wear.

Tips & Tricks

• Inspect your grinder’s bearings, spindle, and dust shroud. A bent spindle or dirty flange can cause wobble and uneven wear.
• If using with a dust shroud, make sure there’s only a small gap (around 1/8”) between the shroud and the floor for optimal vacuum suction.
• Follow up with a finer grit cup wheel for a smoother finish if needed.
