This heavy-duty 10” PCD grinding disk is built for aggressive coating, mastic, glue, and adhesive removal on concrete surfaces. The right-hand configuration helps maintain a balanced cutting pattern when paired correctly on compatible floor grinders, delivering fast removal rates while reducing loading compared to traditional diamond grinding tools.

Applications

Suitable for removing epoxy, glue, mastics, urethanes, paint, and other stubborn coatings from concrete surfaces. Commonly used in surface preparation before re-coating, polishing, or repair work.

How to Use

1. Choose the correct specification and diameter for your application.
2. Mount the disk securely on the grinder. 
3. Maintain a steady RPM and do not force the disk. Keep it moving in a smooth, consistent motion to avoid gouging the surface.
4. Ensure the grinder is in good condition. A clean, straight flange will reduce wobble and wear.

Tips & Tricks

• Inspect your grinder’s bearings and dust shroud. A bent or dirty flange can cause wobble and uneven wear.
• If using with a dust shroud, make sure there’s only a small gap (around 1/8”) between the shroud and the floor for optimal vacuum suction.
• Follow up with a diamond grit disk for a smoother finish if needed.
